UKCA标志与CE标志的关系

• UKCA标志将于2021年1月1日生效，但是，为了使企业有时间适应新的要求，英国市场（大不列颠地区）将在2022年1月1日之前接受产品的CE标志。对于在2021年1月1日之前已完全制造并准备投放市场的产品，这些产品在2022年1月1日前仍然可以使用CE标志在英国市场（大不列颠地区）销售。
  

• 目前正在销售到英国市场（大不列颠地区）的商品和尚未投放的新设计产品需要从2021年1月1日起使用UKCA标志。
  

• 为了使同一新产品能够进入欧盟市场，还需要获得CE标志。欧盟当局将不接受UKCA标志。自2022年1月1日起，UKCA标志将是进入英国市场（大不列颠地区）的强制性标志（适用特殊过渡截止期的产品存在例外规定）。
  

• 目前产品进入北爱尔兰地区将按照特殊处理的协议，仍然继续使用CE标志或者UK(NI) 标志，预计在2024年公投后，北爱尔兰将作出新的调整。

现阶段，英国法规对应的欧盟指令如表，英国法规对产品范围、标准、合格评定程序等的要求与欧盟指令基本一致。然而，英国相关法规会不定期更新，如序号8的《2019年能源相关产品生态设计和能源信息（修订）法规》已修改相关术语及表述、增加退出欧盟过渡期条款等，为使用UKCA标志做准备。
