ErP指令 - DIRECTIVE 2009/125/EC

欧盟理事会于2009 年10月21日发布了2009/125/EC耗能产品生态化设计指令以取代旧版的2005/32/EC，从而将产品范围由耗能产品 （EUP：energy-using products）扩大至所有耗能相关产品（ErP： energy-related products）。新版指令（简称ErP指令）以于2009年11月20日起生效。

• 以及保存能量产品（窗户，绝缘密封材料和用水产品，像水龙头、淋浴头等）

EuP指令和其它欧盟指令一样，声明符合EuP指令要求需要加贴CE标识。如果随后推出的实施措施对标识有其它特殊要求，再按相关要求加贴标识。可以看出CE标识是一个累积性的概念，随着欧盟指令的不断推出，赋予CE标识的含义也越来越多。
