电器和材料安全法

“电器和材料安全法”(以下简称“法案”)的目的是防止电器产生的危险和干扰。为实现这一目的,该法案规范了电器和材料(以下简称“电器”)的制造,销售等。
在日本从事制造或进口电器的所有人员应将其姓名等通知经济产业省(提出此通知的人在下文中称为“通知供应商”。)因此,基于进口商在日本开展业务时应发出通知。
对于进口电器,进口商有义务确保电器符合强制性技术要求,并且一旦符合强制性技术要求,有权附加包括进口商名称在内的PSE标志。要求得到确认。
特别是对于“特定电器”,进口商应对其进口的产品进行第三方合格评定,并取得并保存其证书,或通过指定的制造商获得“等同证书”的正式副本。有关电器并保留相当于证书的正式副本。
