新加坡安全认证 - SPRING CPS

SPRING作为安全管理局负责管理消费者保护（安全要求）注册计划（CPS计划），我们确保45类家用电器，电子和燃气用具及配件在获得安全标志之前符合指定的安全标准，在新加坡卖。作为安全管理局，我们：

• 注册受控货物
• 注册受控货物的供应商
• 向消费者和贸易商教授安全标志和CPS计划
• 根据CPS计划指定第三方合格评定机构（CAB）和认可测试实验室; 和
• 进行市场监督并调查与受控物品有关的事故/事故/投诉
  

其他类别的一般消费品属于消费者保障（安全要求）计划的权限。

该安全标志帮助消费者和贸易商，以确定注册管制物品。所有注册的受控货物必须在产品或包装上单独标记安全标志。该安全标志包括“安全标志”封闭在左侧的一句“方安全标志 ”右侧的矩形内。以下是可跟踪注册人和注册模式的唯一8位数注册号。

SPRING, as the Safety Authority, manages the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS Scheme), where we ensure 45 categories of household electrical, electronic and gas appliances and accessories meet the specified safety standards before they are given the SAFETY Mark and sold in Singapore. As the Safety Authority, we:

• Register Controlled Goods
• Register the suppliers of Controlled Goods
• Educate consumers and traders on the SAFETY Mark and the CPS Scheme
• Designate third-party Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) and Recognised Testing Laboratories under the CPS Scheme; and
• Conduct market surveillance and investigate accidents/incidents/complaints pertaining to Controlled Goods
  

  Other classes of general consumer goods are under the purview of the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Scheme.

The SAFETY Mark helps consumers and traders to identify registered controlled goods. All registered controlled goods must be individually marked with the SAFETY Mark either on the product or packaging. The SAFETY Markcomprises a "safety logo" enclosed in a square on the left and the words "SAFETY MARK" within a rectangle on the right. Below these is a unique 8-digit registration number traceable to the registrant and the registered models.
