EN 60669-1: 1999+A1: 2002 Switches for household and similar fixed-electrical installations — Part 1: General requirement是家用和类似用途固定电气安装的开关Switches的通用要求。该标准的第26章是EMC要求(26 EMC requirements),注意,60669-1只是General requirement,被Part 2的Particular requirements所引用,而Part 2的Particular requirements才是CE-EMC指令下的协调标准,如EN 60669-2-1: 2004 Switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations — Part 2-1: Particular requirements — Electronic switches
60669-1标准主要适用于manually operated general purpose switches, for a.c. only with a rated voltage not exceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 63 A, intended for household and similar fixed-electrical installations, either indoors or outdoors. The rated current is limited to 16 A maximum for switches provided with screwless terminals.
标准还列出了一些特殊类型的开关,例如electromagnetic remote control switches,electronic switches,combinations of switches and other functions等等,这些类型的开关可能需要符合EMC的要求。
60669-1标准的第26章EMC requirements中抗扰度(Immunity)和电磁反射(Emission)都因为产品特性而不需要测试,原文如下:
26.1 Immunity
Switches within the scope of this standard are tolerant of electromagnetic disturbances and therefore no immunity tests are necessary.
26.2 Emission
Electromagnetic disturbances may only be generated during switching operations. Since this is not continuous no emission tests are necessary.
但在Part 2的Particular requirements中对各类型的电子开关又给出了具体的测试要求,以EN 60669-2-1为例,该标准是电子开关Electronic switches的特殊要求,标准的第26章也对应60669-1分为26.1 Immunity和26.2 Emission两节,让我们来看看具体的测试项目。
首先,emc测试需要的样板数量是3个,The tests are carried out with three new specimens,且测试需要在3个样板上分别进行。这是因为在26.1 Immunity测试中,如果可能的话,测试需在如下的三种状态下进行:
a) in the on-state, highest setting,
b) in the on-state, lowest setting,
c) in the off-state.
Immunity的测试项目见表104,在26.1.1到26.1.7的7小节中还给出了具体的测试参数和性能判据。为了能准确到判断外加的骚扰信号对性能的影响,测试时电子开关必须整定到测量到的或计算出来的输出功率,the electronic switch is set to the measured or calculated value of the output power (r.m.s).
在26.2节Emission的要求中,除了要符合IEC 61000-3-2和IEC 61000-3-3之外,还要根据产品应用的情况选择CISPR 14或CISPR 15作为EMI项目所依据的标准。
由于开关工作原理的特性,IEC 61000-3-2在某些情况下不用测试即可认为符合,Electronic switches with electromechanically operated contact mechanism (for example, a relay), do not cause harmonic current emissions and are deemed to meet the requirements of IEC 61000-3-2 without need for testing. |
