根据FCC KDB 986446 D01 v01 Item II. 3：Question: Are all applicants required to submit certifications regarding “covered” equipment for all equipment authorization applications?Answer: Yes, the certifications are required for all applications received after the effective date of the rules, regardless of the type of equipment or whether the equipment is produced by an entity identified on the Covered List as producing “covered” equipment.
所需要的2份声明文件：1、申请商声明申请公司及设备是否在FCC禁止清单“Covered List”里，需提供申明信件；申明所认证的产品不是被制裁公司包含子公司生产的，里面元器件也不能用。被制裁公司查询网址：申请商签字。Covered List：https://www.fcc.gov/supplychain/coveredlist
2、指定办理手续的美国代理人，无论申请人是美国实体还是美国以外实体，申请人都必须指定位于美国的联系人作为申请人的代理人，位于美国的申请人可以指定自己作为代理人。需提供美国当地代理商信件，如申请商是美国本土的可以自己做代理；从2023年1月24号开始执行！！
