不在UKCA无线标准清单的无线产品，需要找UKCA Body发证，发UKCA Body无线证书。最新公告内容简述：*新产品出口英国市场，持续认可CE 标志的期限，延长到2023 年 1 月 1 日，*符合 CE 标志的商品在 2023 年 1 月 1 日之前无需使用 UKCA 标记，*在这期间，欧盟和英国的要求保持不变。*从 2023 年 1 月 1 日起，UKCA 标志必须用于将货物投放英国市场。

All goods which previously required the CE marking will not need to use the UKCA marking until 1 January 2023Businesses are encouraged to be ready for full implementation of the new UK regime as soon as possible. However, to allow businesses time to adjust, CE marked goods in scope of this guidance that meet EU requirements (where these match UK requirements) can continue to be placed on the GB market until 1 January 2023 where EU and UK requirements remain the same. This includes goods which have been assessed by an EU recognised notified body.The UKCA mark must be used for placing goods on the GB market from 1 January 2023.You will still need to take action to ensure you comply with new importer responsibilities if you are placing a product on the GB market from the EU market.

关于无线产品申请UKCA（除医疗设备以外）目前的做法是基于：*英国公布的BS EN 法规*UK指定的欧盟法规，*其它标准委员会(BSI/CEN/CENELEC/ETSI)发布的法规进行申请。

**如果产品没有无线功能：
EMC or Safety，不需要申请UKCA Body证书，可以由实验室完成测试+报告直接出具符合性声明即可。
**如果产品有无线功能在确定RF标准的时候，如果在如下链接里面找不到指定的标准，将要申请UKCA Body证书。

问：这个链接里面的指定标准清单以后会不会更新？目前明确的答复是不会再更新，所以在没有新的公告信息的情况下，即使欧盟的RED指令，或者ETSI 发布的标准，只要不在UKCA的指定RF标准清单里面，仍然还是需要申请NB证书。
产品进入UK市场，UKCA接受可以使用IECEE, CENELEC, EN, ETSI, ISO 公布的法规进行认证，但是不在UKCA指定的标准清单内的无线认证不可以做自我宣告。（这部分在UK.gov的其它通告中明确有写）。

A designated standard is a standard, developed by consensus, which is recognised by government in part or in full by publishing its reference on GOV.UK in a formal notice of publication. Depending on the product, a designated standard can be a standard adopted by any of the four following recognised standardisation bodies, or by international standardising bodies (including the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

Change in status of UK CABs previously notified under EU regulationsUK-based CABs have automatically acquired status as UK Approved Bodies for the purpose of certifying goods to be placed on the GB market for the same scope of products for which they were notified to the EU as of 31 December 2020. UK-based Recognised Third Party Organisations (RTPOs), User Inspectorates (UIs) and Technical Assessment Bodies (TABs) have become UK-recognised RTPOs, UIs and TABs.Letters of appointment or designation are being issued by the relevant competent authorities to UK CABs notifying them of their status. UKAS has updated schedules of accreditation in support of this.All UK-based bodies retain their status as CABs for the purpose of certifying goods to be placed on the Northern Ireland market (as per Article 7(3) of the Northern Ireland Protocol) – such goods are then marked with the UK(NI) marking alongside the relevant EU conformity mark.
UK-based bodies will keep the same 4-digit identification number as before.The UK Market Conformity Assessment Bodies (UKMCAB) database has been launched on GOV.UK. It serves as the UK’s database of CABs, and the UK equivalent of the EU’s NANDO database. UKMCAB is the definitive source of UK CABs who can certify goods for both the GB and NI markets.
(Under the Northern Ireland Protocol EU recognised notified bodies can also certify goods for the NI market.)
