印度BIS/DEITY公布修改第二阶段管制部分产品强制注册实行日期

included in the schedule S.O. 2905(E) published in Gazette of India on 13 Nov. 2014.
Whereas, in exercise of the power conferred by clause 10(1)(p) of Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986) and in pursuance of clause (fa) of the rule 13 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 1987, the Central Government had included fifteen products to the Schedule of "Electronics and IT Goods
(Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012B (hereinafter called the Order) vide S.O. 2905(E) published in Gazette of India on 13 Nov. 2014, and vide S.O. 1324(E) published in Gazette of India on 11 May 2015 the date of coming into effect of this Order for the select items was extended upto 13 Aug. 2015. And whereas, the industry has sought more time for compliance to the Order and whereas the issues involved have been discussed with the stakeholders for smooth implementation of this Order, it is hereby notified that the date of implementation of the Order stands extended to 01 December 2015 for the select products mentioned below :
于2015年8月7日，印度信息技术部（DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY）发布修订公告《电子与信息技术产品（强制性注册要求）法令，2012》，该法令变更了第二阶段管制部分产品强制注册实行日期，由原来的2015年8月13日实施延期至2015年12月1日。
